wacky pool timer

This pool timer is being dumb. I have the timers set for High from 4am to 4pm. Low is completely off. It starts at 4am and turns off after 3 min. I've don't the diagnostic and everything seems fine. pump is on aux 2.

That is a relabeled Hayward Prologic system.

Does the clock keep the correct time?

Are you sure you have the pump schedule programmed correctly?

I've read all the instructions. did everything correctly. You know what I had to do to make it work?! I had to make the current time off by 12 hours (ex. 4am means it's 4pm on the system).
Then I schedules the pump to turn on at 4am and off at 4pm.
it is completely out of whack.
 
You sure AM and PM are set correctly in the units clock setting?
