Neither...left pipe goes to pool/autofiller, right one goes to existing hard water feed from house.

PEX piping is NOT recommended for outdoor use unless it is buried or protected somehow such as wrapping it in insulation. The reason is because it deteriorates when exposed to continuous UV rays (sunlight).
So I think you need to run your pex line to a copper line then connect to a back-flow preventer and then to your autofiller.
