Hello TFP! We are excited. Our pool build starts Monday. I'll update as we progress.
18 x 36 IG with vinyl liner, 2 main drain, 2 return, 2 skimmer, in wall step in deep end, shallow end steps go whole width of pool (2nd step will be 2' long), IC40 SWG, Intelliflo VSF, 140k btu Raypak h/c pool, IntelliCenter, 3 LED lights and recessed coverstar retractable cover. We are having travertine coping and travertine tile around the pool. I just installed a 200A subpanel which will feed the intellicenter with a 125A breaker.
My question is on water depth. I'm considering 3.5 to 6 on deep end. No slide or diving board. Kids like to jump in the deep end. I was considering bumping it deeper maybe 7 to 7.5 ft. I like to dive, but only shallow dive. I know the right answer is whatever I feel we need, but would like input. Also, any other recommendations on pool equipment etc would be welcomed.
Thanks!
