Chemical for pool?

Hello ,
I have a 33x18 above ground pool and I’m in the island of haiti.
The only chemicals I can find is this.
Could I use this?

That appears to be Cal-Hyo which while adding sanitizer, also adds calcium. So over time your CH levels will increase. You can use it periodically or if you change water occasionally, but liquid chlorine (regular bleach) would be ideal if you can find some.

So we were able to find liquid chlorine for $5 a gallon
Pool essentials 4-1 pool shock 6 pack for $25
Tricloro 8 pucks for $7
