Well here is the damage. I thought I got away unscathed, I didn’t.
It’s these pipes going into the heater, is this a pool company repair....or can I do it.
Is this a heater replacement or do they sell these pipes separately?

TIA TFP

What model heater is it?

That is the water header. It should be replaceable. It will take some wrenching.

Have I successfully bypassed the heater by closing the jandy valve to the heater and the blue valve below?

The Jandy valve I had to take the screw off the top slide the valve up a little bit to get it in that off position for the heater. Looks good just never messed with this stuff. Thanks in advance.

That typically means low water flow. Which you would have it you bypassed the heater. Why are you trying to run the heater?

It’s not a problem with the heater showing LO. It will not try and run.

Press the menu button to the right of the display. You should see a way to power the heater off.
