4 Bags of Salt for a new 20,000 Gallon Pool

So my PB is making the switch over to Salt finally, after 3 months. It took a little longer due to a leak. Pool guy comes by and said he's gonna put 4 bags in. Yes 4 bags of salt to a new pool that has never had salt added. Said he'll be back tomorrow to connect the SWG and if it needed he will add another bag or two. I said are you sure, because everywhere I looked it said I'd need 14 bags. But of course they are the professionals. :rolleyes: I have a feeling he's going to be disappointed tomorrow when he test's the water. FYI my pool is 20,000 gallons.
 
Maybe they are used to doing ~10k gallon pools and weren’t realizing that yours was much larger. But hey !! At least they are under shooting and not over shooting. It’s a bit extreme on the under shooting but still a better problem than the other way. :)
