Are there wrinkles under the water up against the baggy side? To set liners, one must use a shop vac and make a seal around the skimmer and return by inserting the shop vac hose into the skimmer opening and taping it and the return shut and turning it on. Get into the pool and start going around the edges with your back towards the wall and hopping backwards pushing the liner against the wall. This helps set the liner and gives you an idea of how it will look. If the bagginess was still present, youd of seen it and could have made adjustments. If you have a lot of wrinkling in the baggy area, you could live with it as it doesn't impede the structural integrity of the pool but its certainly not purty. If you cant live with the wrinkles, you can drain n do what I said by draining the pool n starting over. Choice is yours.
