Aboveground pool wall is bending

I paid a local pool company (Club Piscine) to install a new liner on my 8 year old 24' Costa Del Sol pool. They chose to come on a day where the winds picked up to 65 km/h (40 MPH). I knew there was trouble when I saw the 3 kids they sent hanging onto the detached wall for dear life while one was on the phone with his boss. They had to disassemble it. A different crew came the following Monday to reassemble it, lay the geo-textile carpet and install the new liner. It appeared as if they did a good job. Fast forward 5 weeks and this morning (Canada Day) I was vacuuming the pool and found 2 panels that are buckling just above the rail (resin). What would have caused this? I have never seen anything like this before. Everything's closed today but I will call them tomorrow. It would just help to have someone experienced give me their opinion since I might get a different story from this company.

I dusted the rail off this morning and took a closer look. The wall is definitely still in the rail (for now) and it appears to be sitting flush and level. The rail though looks "wavy". I took some closeup pics but unable to upload them - says the server is too overloaded. Weird, since I downsized first to 2mp and then 0.25mb - still won't accept them.

Sorry. Do all the areas of the wall look the same? What is it about these panels that look abnormal compared to the ones that look normal?

Edit: What did the installers have to say?

I called both the pool store (Club Piscine) and their sub-contractor installer and have not heard back from either one yet. The panels and rails all look identical, except the 2 (side by side) that are starting to buckle. I read in some forums that if the liner isn't installed in the sun, it will not stretch and can pull at the wall. I'll update once I hear back from the company.

It looks like you guys were right. Although I've been ghosted by the installer, I went to the pool store today with printed pictures and the tech I spoke with said the liner's too tight in that section. Unfortunately, the affected area is adjacent to the skimmer so not sure there will be much slack to work with. The pool store said they will contact the installer and make him come back a 3rd time to fix it. Hopefully, I'll need another new liner that will be billed to the installer ;) Thanks to all who replied, keep well and cheers from Montreal!
