Chloramines in the air - my lungs feels weird plus my eyes are in pain (tested negative to Corona)

Did anyone ever tested the air for Chloramines? Since I am working home in my room (40 days) I feel something wrong in my lungs, especially when I breathe deeply. And my eyes are sore in the morning, it gets slightly better during the day. The eye pain actually started probably 1 year ago and is always there in the morning, except for when I do not sleep in my house, the pain is not there. My room faces the pool (standard Chlorine pool), with my bed edge 12 feet away from the pool. So I wonder if it is the pool that gives me the problem. Is there a way to test my room for Chloramines, any similar experience guys? The feeling I have in the morning in my eyes is similar to what I feel after I swim in any pool. But I didn't jump in my pool for 7 months (since October)! Of course it could be something else, but it does not seem to be an allergy, my eyes have this problem since 1 year. also be some new furniture I bought (I moved here 2 years ago), so I am planning to test my room quality for VOCs, formaldehyde, Legionella etc. I live in Gainesville, Florida. I am planning to:

1) To sleep in the guest room opposite side of the house for a few days
2) To sleep at a friend house for a few days

to see symptoms stay or go. Any suggestion for now?

Thank you!

Best
Alberto

I would also have your attic checked out. Look for mildew or mold. Open up every closet and pull anything out from the back and on the floor to make sure you see everything.

How old is your mattresses/boxsprings? Carpet or ?? for flooring in your bed room?

Do you sleep with the windows open?

Where did you live before G-ville?

Mmm I have a CO detector (FIrst Alert) and I have no flame sources...I do not even have a car (electric bike is the future!). Stove and water heater are electric...in Florida I turn on the heat 1 week per year....and its a heat pump...so no CO...

Brand new $3000 Simmons mattress. Carpet unfortunately, seems pretty new....planning to put tiles next year. I sleep with windows closed. I Iived in Italy before, born and raised there.

Your new mattress may be off gassing something that’s causing your symptoms.

I have been self isolating for 50 days now. locked in my house. So are you ruling out Chlaramines in the air? All Simmons are certified for no outgassing so I dont think its that. I smell nothing coming out of my mattress, plus I have a mattress cover. I dont think I have covid, negative test, went to doctor, he said no way I have covid. He said it is some allergic reaction or some pollutant in the house.
