Site is not much help

85,

Sorry you feel that way.. Keep in mind that most of us just volunteer our time here, so we tend to respond to things we know.. Not all of us (for sure not me) know everything about all types of pools. So often I do not respond to AGP pool posts, because I know very little about them. It has nothing to do with "High Dollar" pool or not.

I'm off to check out your post and see what we can do to help you..

Thanks,

Jim R.

This is my third attempt to get help about my pool. My apologies if I'm not one of your high dollar customers with an expensive pool but my hopes was that your "help" extended to all pool owners that needed help....
I have a $700 “temporary” Intex above ground pool (same dimensions as yours! Lol)....far from high dollar, but this forum has helped me tremendously and it will help you too with patience and willingness to listen to those who have been using these methods for years with nothing but success. There’s so many articles in the “pool school” section that are extremely helpful, as well. Whether your pool costs $300 or $100,000+, we still use the same (inexpensive!) chemicals to maintain our pools. Don’t give up on the forum just yet.

EDIT: I didn’t realize this was about a liner. I figured it was chemical related since it’s in the “start up” section. ??‍♀️ My apologies! I’ve only seen the post that Casey provided the link to pertaining to your question. Lots of info on that thread and it’s quite interesting! ?

I didn't see it and I'm an essential employee. I dont have access 24/7 being locked down. I try my hardest to help and sometimes it's not enough. There is a big thread in the above ground pool section on using liners in intex style pools.

Thanks guys... I didn't mean to be a squeaky wheel....
I can vouch you tried a few times. Sometimes people slip through at the exact wrong moment and get skunked. Nobody meant any harm and glad we got the ball rolling for you.

You're not a squeaky wheel. As mentioned before, we are all volunteers and have lives outside of TFP. We miss threads and opportunities to help. But we've got an amazing search engine at the top of each page that looks like a magnifying glass. Just put in some key words like replacement liners, intex pools ext and you'll be flooded with threads to which you'll find answers. Most question here have been asked thousands of times over the last 10+ years.
