The unit is supposed to have 100% air flow, do you think my custom made protection stand is blocking max air flow for maz efficeiny?

That cover will kill your efficiency and eventually the unit.
Any top discharge heat pump or a/c unit should have at least 6' unobstructed above the unit to prevent recirculation of the discharge air.
The side panels will restrict incoming air further hurting efficiency.
