DUDE! That looks awesome! NICE! You might just be done!

Let your FC drift down to normal levels but leave the pump going until tomorrow night to see if it will get any clearer.

Thank you, couldn't of done it without all the help here and your extra motivation!! :D

I'll let it drift down and check it tomorrow morning.

Water is 79 so my youngest daughter and I have been out in the water for the last hour or so. Feels nice, water is nice and clear.

This year we are using the pool 1 1/2 months earlier than last year. Didn't get it put in until the end of June.

LOVE it! I bet she had quite a smile on her face AND she will sleep REAL good tonight!

Kim:kim:

Yep she sure did!! :)

Yesterday evening when I checked FC it had drifted down to 5ppm. I added enough chlorine to get it to 7ppm and checked it before I went to bed so I could do an OCLT.

Numbers from when I checked it this morning:

FC - 6.5
CC - 0
PH - 7.2

That's all I had time to do this morning before work.

Congratulations!!

Felipe

Thank you very much!!! :)

Got in the pool after work for about an hour, water temp was 82 degrees. It's supposed to be warmer today so I bet the water warms up to the mid 80's. I'm trying to use the pool as much as I can right now in case I end up having neck surgery and won't get to use it for a while.

Went out to the pool the other night to add chlorine and the light from the house was hitting the water and the bottom of the pool was just sparkling from the light. I can't believe how clear my water is, it's amazing how you can turn a swamp into crystal clear TFP water with a little work.

Co-worker took his cover off yesterday and was like I don't know how I'm gonna get it clean. It is as bad as mine was and I told him what I did but I don't think he will listen. He'll grab some bleach and dump it in, then follow up with pucks and those arm n hammer things...LOL

It's been so nice this year being able to use our pool for just over a month now, last year I was installing it around this time, whew!!!

Just going back and looking at the pictures from the beginning of this thread makes me cringe...LOL Pool is still crystal clear and has only required adding anywhere from 10-20oz of chlorine a day, have a few days where I've had to add 30oz due to pool usage and it being so hot and sunny all day. I ordered some more reagents so I can check my cya just to be sure of where its at. It seems to be holing FC to a loss of 3ppm a day and overnight I lose .5-1ppm. My ph has held at 7.2 since I opened it on April 14th. Water temp is getting up there, it was 88 degrees last night at 7:30 when I was in the pool. I don't like it that warm but it's been hot and humid here all week.

I think my co-worker is slowly starting to listen to me and the TFP ways but I'm not holding my breath. He won't even order a kit to do proper testing, keeps using the one that tests ph and chlorine. Maybe by the middle of july he will be able to swim in his....lol

Thanks Kim, I should have him over but he'd say "I can't smell the chlorine, your pool isn't as clean as mine" LOL

It REALLY is that easy!!!!

I've been in a better mood lately as I been back at the gym but I'm still frustrated with some things because of my neck and I'm having a little more pain since I've started being more active. I'm struggling with some of the weights and they are light. Something still isn't right but I'm pushing forward, it's the only way I'll ever know what I can do and how it's going to affect my neck herniation.
