    Question on setting up AqualinkD

ok, that makes sense. I actually attempted to run AqualinkD on a system where there was other stuff running on. I will do a fresh install of Raspbian, install AqualinkD, and see what happens. Thanks again!

    Question on setting up AqualinkD

Not a bad idea. I am guessing the one I remove temporarily would be the connection to my iAqaulink, correct? Can I run them both at the same time (iAqualink and AqualinkD)?

    Question on setting up AqualinkD

Yes, I think that is what I am asking. I do have two 4-port Red PCB connections on my board. Just so I am clear, you are saying that I can install TWO wires per SINGLE port on each red PCB, totaling in theory, 8 wires coming out of the (2), 4-port PCB's (2 wires per G, Y, B, R ports)? If that is...

    Question on setting up AqualinkD

Hi everyone, I am in the EARLY stages of trying to get AqualinkD running so I can connect, monitor, etc. with Home Assistant. I got the recommended USB adaptor and can get data to show on it when running this script in the instructions - "sudo -s eval 'stty raw -echo < /dev/ttyUSB0; cat -vte...

No Flow caused by low temp/salt?

Yeah, the No Flow came back WITHOUT the hairnets so someone suggested putting it in recirculation mode and see if it goes away and it did. I am gonna backwash a little and see if that helps. Maybe I loaded it up with too much DE at start up. I put in 7.5lb in my 60 filter but maybe I measured...

No Flow caused by low temp/salt?

Well, as usual, the TFP to the rescue! I took out the hairnets 2-3 days ago and have not had the No Flow message pop up (at least when I am checking it). I was able to even turn down the pump to 1200 RPM 24/7 and it seems to be "flowin'" just fine. Thanks again!!!!

No Flow caused by low temp/salt?

Yeah, you bring up a good point, plus I think I oversized my filter for that exact reason when I did the equipment. I like to run the hairnets until the pollen is done, but maybe I am riding too close to the sun on this one and just need to bump it up a little. I will continue to monitor it all...

No Flow caused by low temp/salt?

Yes, it was a brand new filter setup. When I close the pool, I completely disassemble the filter, wash it down COMPLETELY, soak if needed, etc. When I opened the pool yesterday, it was a completely clean, fresh filter. As soon as I fired up the pump, I had it set to waste for a little while so I...

No Flow caused by low temp/salt?

NEWDUDE! Back to the rescue! I am running at 1200 RPM which has not been an issue for 3 years now. Its so weird that it works, then it does not, then it works, etc. Let me ask you, does flow get messed up if the basket is full? Its not totally full, but I do use hairnets to help filter the small...

No Flow caused by low temp/salt?

Hi everyone, I just opened my pool today and was just trying to get ahead of any issues. Long story short, we were having "No Flow" issues last year and actually got our Jandy 1400 SWC replaced later in the season last year. Opened the pool today and am I am seeing the same message, No Flow...

Looking for help with iAqualink and light wiring

Just wanted to bump this in case someone has an idea and can confirm this is the proper way to do this. Thanks!

Looking for help with iAqualink and light wiring

Yes, it does do that (I think), but for example. Lets say I have a color pattern (not solid color because that would be easy) running and both lights are currently in sync. The only way I know how to change the pattern to a new pattern on iAqualink is to go to the 3rd screen on my phone app...

Looking for help with iAqualink and light wiring

Thank you so much for helping me out! I will give this a shot later today and see how it works. I will be sure to mark the wires so if I ever want to go back I can but again, thanks so much for taking the time to explain it all!

Looking for help with iAqualink and light wiring

First off, thank you so much for helping me, I really appreciate it. I feel like I am dense, but I do really want to understand how this works. So could line could be considered "power in" and load be consider "device"? Meaning, #2 is the power in and #4 is the light which completes the circuit...

Want to confirm something with iAqualink and Heater

Oh, so if I wanted the pool to be 86, I crank up the heater MANUALLY on the heater itself to the highest it will go, then I can back it back down on the app? Is setting it manually on the heater like the threshold on its range or something? Thanks!
