    I think you can see from this picture that whatever caused the stains seemed to run. I have tried a few gentle cleaners but I suspect that something like a stainless steel polish would work. Thanks!

    Deck jet help

    I have the same deck jets. I can remove the caps, adjust the heads, etc. In the winter I remove the heads and plug them just like any other jet. Mine are not flush with concrete, we had ours put in stone on one side of our pool where nobody walks. Hope this helps.
