Got it rewired. The heater can no longer be turned on at the unit itself, BUT it still won't turn on. I "think" that's progress as now we've eliminated the wiring as the issue. Are we back to the relay? How can I determine which relay is the one for the heater?

Having challenges finding that particular wire. A local company has 16 gauge with a 5mm insulation but I have to buy a full role of 500ft. Might have to go that route...

I jiggled the cable with the two wires in it where it enters the heater and lights on the heater display panel flashed momentarily. Looks like a run to Lowes/Home Depot tomorrow for some wiring. 22 AWG 2 solid?

The setting is at 104, which is the max, in the easy touch. Still nada.

The relay is not soldered - see photo. After unplugging the wires, and leaving on the circuit board, the multimeter would not even register that I was trying to test the continuity - it was like I was not touching anything. Thoughts?

While I'm waiting for the rain to stop (we are in a drought but now it wants to rain...LOL) can I leave the relay on the circuit board and remove the two wires and test touching the screw terminals or do I need to remove the relay from the board completely?

Oh wait, I was a little confused. If I understand correctly now, the relay is what I originally called the "bus" at J19. Tomorrow I'll unplug the wires and check continuity on the relay. Sorry for the confusion.
