I have one rock in the middle of my spillway which has separated from the mortar. What kind of mortar should I use to reattach?

Just replaced the microswitches in my actuators with some that have rollers instead of straight blades. The rollers hit the cam and switch off earlier than the straight blades did. Is this something I should adjust the cams for or can I change the actuator blades? thanks

Thank you. Sorry, I wasn't very specific in my question. Which wires do I use the multimeter on? I have heard the yellow wires to ground. Is that both yellow together or each individually?
