Thanks Jim, I'll give them a call. I have no idea what our pump costs to run. We run it from 6 to 10 hours depending on the seaon. Could this also be an o-ring issue? A new clamp is not going to be cheap.

Leaking on 2 of the 3 gaps in band. Not leaking at front. - - - Updated - - - The clamp also started making a terrible creaking noise during the tightening this go round. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but it was new this cleaning.

Ok, so I've completed my SLAM as of this morning. Passed all the parameters including overnight test. Now I'm attempting to get the shock level up to the mustard algae level of 35. I've added bottles and bottles of bleach per the PoolMath Calculator on this forum and it's getting no where...

Woke up this morning and only lost 1ppm! Officially passed all parameters of slam. So today we take it up to mustard algae shock levels and then have a clean and clear pool! Thanks for the help all.

Yes, we pulled the lights before the slam and again 2 days ago. The only thing we haven't taken apart is the vacuum and I was considering doing that this weekend. It lives in the water though so I wasn't sure if the FC would kill everything. Will swimming effect the length of the slam...
