I coated all of the ins and outs of the tubing of my Intex pool with acf50 when I assembled it and then the deck around the pool also helps keep it pretty dry. I’m hoping that will buy me some time before any rust shows up. A neighbor has had his Intex pool for 5 years and it still looks great...

I forgot to mention that the little Filter pump that came with the pool went bad on me. Not sure why, maybe I ran it too much 🤔 I had it running more often than not because it pulled such little power , and my pool did stay pretty clean with it. I used to remove the canister filter and rinse it...

An added bonus to the Intex light is that it has a decent light on the backside. I was able to adjust my settings on the new Intex pump/saltwater combo with no problem
