No click when i push the switch. I am thinking the air switch is bad. What purpose does the air switch serve? What damage will it cause if it is bypassed?

Pool pump is running, just added the bleach and the muratic acid and stabilizer. i will test the water again in the morning for a while to see what i am losing each day. thanks for the help everyone.

Thanks for both the fast responses. I should be able to turn the pump on in about 2 hours. so will add chemicals then. Does it matter what i do first?

I use magic jack. it is OK, wouldnot want to use it for a business conf call from home, but a normal conversation it has worked fine. It is inexpensive and worth the money. Long calls (over 15 minutes) seem to get a little crackly :x
