I'd bet Its because you are in service mode. I had this issue a few times myself using the app on the phone. Service mode will supersede any app selections.

Did this work by just using the Data lines?

Not sure why a static IP is needed here. I have it plugged via LAN right into the back of my edgerouter......I did have to update the protocol adapter a few times. After that though it was pretty easy to set up. The app ScreenLogic Config is much easier to use for set up. FYI.

I just don't understand this company. The app works 10x better than the computer software. This last update literally is the best they have put out. The PC/MAC software is seriously horrible. I hope they put some time into that area here soon. Its nice to have the apps, but to have it on pc/mac...

You can always upload it to Google Docs and paste the URL here for all to use. I personally have one set up that I use on google docs so when I am out and I see a so called "sale" I can quickly pull it up.
