Polaris 280 getting stuck

My Polaris 280 pool cleaner is getting stuck. I replaced the backup valve but it gets stuck when it gets to a wall, it just sits there. I have checked the inline filter and no debris. I also check for leaks in the hose and do not see any and no crack in the float.

Any ideas on what my issue may be?

Where are you located? Could the hose itself be frozen? If not that check the back sprayer. What way is the nozzle facing. I had to turn my between 5&7 o'clock.

I'm in Houston. The water temp is 60. I'll check the nozzle this evening, not sure which way it is facing. Thanks!
