    nautilus cc vs e20

Yeah, I agree the submersibles don't live long. However, I got out my hose and vacuum head and after a few days I opted to purchase the Aquabot 614IQ because marina pool had them on sale. From talking to others you basically have to pay up for the $800 versions otherwise it may not get out...

    nautilus cc vs e20

Thanks, yes I thought they were the same. I don't understand why it is sold as so many different models. While looking at this I was reading some other threads and came accross the Aqua Products Evo 502. Looks like it is on sale for $499 and is brand new and does waterline. Any thoughts on...

    nautilus cc vs e20

Hey guys, I am currently looking to replace my dead Dolphin discovery and money is tight so I am thinking about a refurbished Nautilus cc or refurbished E20. They seem to be about the same so I don't understand why they are sold as different models. Does anyone know if there are any differences...

    Doheny Dolphin not working

I have not replaced anything. It doesn't really stutter, moves an inch or two and stops. Will it run out of water? can i turn it on out of the pool to try to listen if the motor is trying to work?

Lowering TA caused chalky stuff on pool tile

It was recommended on this forum to reduce my TA and that might make my water have less calcium build up. It was at 110 and I have been working with and it is now at 80. However, since I have started that process it seems worse. I am not getting white chalky stuff on my tile when I never did...

    Doheny Dolphin not working

I have a Doheny Dolphin that is about 5 years old. It just stopped working. The light blinks for about one minute and then stops. During that time the blower seems to be working because I can see the water disturbance and it looked like moved an inch or two but that is it. Is there anything...

    Barely generating any chlorine

Ok that is good to know because my TA has always been high but I never really did much about it. Well, not entirely true. Once about 4 years ago I worked to bring it down. I will hop on that and start bringing TA down.

    Barely generating any chlorine

Success! Got the cell all cleaned and re-installed. I was at FC was at 1 and I turned my SWG on to 70% and in the morning FC was at 8. So now I know that I need to take the cell out every 4 months probably and clean it with the vinegar.

    Barely generating any chlorine

No, what was I thinking, I do have an external flow switch. Obviously I am not spending enough time with my equipment.

    Barely generating any chlorine

Oh, dang, i forgot all about the flow switch, which is not external. Fortunately I remembered wich way it went and installed it properly.
