Appreciate the insight. Decide to pop off the top of the valve and discovered both a torn gasket and a broken barrier. The barrier sits between Recirc. and Backwash which explains why the filter filled and was dispensing water out of the air relief valve. Was able to get a replacement gasket...

Opened the pool today and first mishap of the season... Had the multiport on Recirculate at first start so the worms, junk, etc in the skimmers and on the surface didn’t dirty the filter before I added DE. Was running fine for a couple hours. Added some chlorine and threw the robot in. Went off...

Just an update: Didn't bother trying to troubleshoot. Called Marina and had a return authorization the same day. Boxed up the robot that night and dropped it off the next morning. Maytronics had one shipped the same day and all-in-all I was <4 days without the robot. Have only used the new once...

Another Active 20 dud here. Ran <10 times and now it will run for 20 mins or so then just stop. Conveniently decided to die before and after our biggest swim load of the season. Will be contacting the dealer or Maytronics tomorrow morning.
