Added lube on the gasket and still leaking...any other ideas?

I didn't replace the spring but I did the washers. I didn't lube the seal of the new one when I put it in. Could that cause the leak?

Hey all I noticed when I shut pump off I can hear water leaking through the multiport valve to the waste line. It leaks until most of water is out of pump basket. I went to local pool store and they sold me a new key/seal assembly (Hayward SPX0714CA). I replaced it and it's still leaking...

I had an estimate last summer and the installer bailed out on me. I gave up until beginning of 2022 and have an installer appointment in April. He gave me a ballpark over the phone but the estimate will be more specific in the April meeting with an install approx. 4 weeks after the meeting...
