Nothing in writing about the depth. The contract we signed only specified the pool size etc but not depth and the PB had told us we can confirm the depth the day of (this is common where I’m from).

Thanks! Yeah we did confirm and he did confirm it would be 4.5’ of water if we did the 5’ depth. Never thought we would have to measure, but just did once the landscaping was done and sure enough it’s too deep (5.5’ deep so probably would be 5’ of water). Is this a doable fix when landscaping...
