I just had the same issue with mine. A complete power cycle did the trick. I had to make sure and power cycle everything (pump, heater, and the panel). Just doing the panel did not fix the issue, but when I also power cycled everything then the Aquapure data returned to my PDA.

I checked all the levels, made sure the pH and Alkalinity were good, added liquid chlorine and then left it running overnight. The chlorine level actually went up slightly overnight. I'll take another reading at the end of the day.
