PDA on my Jandy Purelink 1400 No longer shows what the Aquapure is set to or the salinity of the pool
I can still control the pumps, heater , etc. Just no SWG data showing on the Aqualink PDA
Checked the control board, and system is running fine. Water tested with good to high chlorine levels
So feel the SWG is working, Even checked and cleaned the Sensor it looked good.

Only odd thing is that my pool light stopped working after a bad storm and loss of power
The Pool light may just be a separate item. Since the GFI on the light will not reset

Not sure if the storm and loss of power could have affected the AquaLink
Any thoughts, on why my SWG data will not show on the PDA?

I also think it a good idea to get that GFI outlet working. Also reset all the breakers in the Jandy power center.

Panel is working, No error codes.
The PDA can control the pumps, heater, etc. But i cannot set Aquapure % or see Salinity data
Having an Electrician, come to replace the GFI & test the other breakers. hopefully that will get the light working

I checked and the 4 Wire RS485 connection, all 4- wires are tight. I opened the J-Box and hit the reset button.
Still no Aquapure Data on my PDA. Inside the J-Box should it have a flashing red light? (PDA is powered off)
when i power on the PDA i get green and red blinking lights

Had the GFI replaced, Still no Working light.
Just have a hunch that the no Salinity readings on my PDA, and the light not working are connected some how.
Any Jandy Aquapure specialist, care to offer any insight, Or is it Time to replace the Aquapure 1400 (11 years old)

I just had the same issue with mine. A complete power cycle did the trick. I had
to make sure and power cycle everything (pump, heater, and the panel). Just doing the
panel did not fix the issue, but when I also power cycled everything then
the Aquapure data returned to my PDA.

My system, never came back fully.
Pool guys suspects i had a power surge, that affected the Pool light and the Control panel
This season, I put an Intermatic PS3000 Pool Surge protective device on the panel. & replaced the pool Light
I Plan to replace the Jandy Purelink control panel next season. My current (damaged) version is 2007, time to upgrade :)
Thanks for the feed back, and glad your system came back
