so a little update it appears that my original capacitor is not in any damage and is in working order had a motor tech test it and he said the rating was the correct micron reading at 39uF. So now im back to something must be wrong with the motor i believe something may have gotten stuck inside...

Thanks for all the replies my friend came over and helped me remove the battery there was no way to discharge it as i did not see any where to put screwdriver everything was safely removed. I have ordered a new capacitor that i believed would work now im at a dilemma added some new pictures...

Do you think that means it dosent hold a charge and will be safe to remove as i see no way to discharge it. Also do you by chance no how to get the nuts off like what tool would be required also really appreciate the help.
