    This just happened

I have reason to believe that it's in fact the philodendron planted around my pool. I'm in the process of killing all of them..... How can I go about sealing the cracks to fix the leak?

Yeah. Roots. Popped the tiles off... You make it sound so complicated....I have been an oak about 15 ft away. I also have over grown philodendron around the whole deck

    This just happened

I knew I had a leak and I saw a little root poking through the grout. That was months ago. Today the worst happened....I cleared out most of the roots before I took this photo. The question is can this be fixed easily? Anyone have any insight? My instincts tell me to dig where it entered the...

So I finally dipped into the pool. The only number on the pop ups is a us patent number.... It's quite big and has 3 slots... I'm guessing its the tool you linked?

Thanks! I haven't really pinpointed when it stops. I've just figured out this pools system the last couple days... On a side note how hard is it to change out the heads...I have 2 that seen broken. I swear they pop up sometimes but not always

I haven't narrowed down what pressure it stops working yet. The wall returns are be plumbed to one port. I rana hose through it today to see where it all went... I guess my only real option until I come up with a game plan is to run the pump high enough to have everything working on a schedule...

I have an enclosure over the pool so at some point I won't need it either. The problem for me at least is both the pop up floor and wall return flow through this. So if it's not rotating then I'm only getting water return through the spa which overflows into the pool. I don't think this is ideal...

I'm guessing a pool designed like this was before a VSP was created as I need to run at high RPMs to get it to work properly which defeats the purpose of a VSP

I've removed the whole module and don't get a whole lot of pressure even at 3500 rpm. I can't seem to get just the gears it...I'll keep trying

I'm assuming you mean to remove module and unscrew the round top part with the gears?
