Thanks Jason, it,s been 5 or 6 years since I built our pool and we have enjoyed it thanks to TFP, this was something I forgot and now remember why I made that fountain from PVC pipe. Pool is finally up to my comfort temp level and soon the numbers will be perfect! Thanks

We live close to the 45 parallel and many cool nights in spring and fall but still warm days when we would like to jump in! It just takes way to long to raise the temp of the pool i think i need a 300,000 btu heater to get the pool were i what it and then let the heat pump keep it there as long...

fter much looking around i purchased from a local pool installer, he delivered to my home and i got everything i wanted including some tips on the install. Very happy with our pool except for the heat pump, still looking for a propane heater to replace it

I'm asking this question for a friend in Fl., they installed a SWG last fall it is working ok now but, last night they got a pile of rain and the SWG is now reading high salt, he has a second generator witch he put in and it still reads high salt, any thoughts? Thanks

We have had cloudy and cool start to summer heat pump has been running way to much, 78 today and good sun pool hit 87 wow.....hydro bill hurts!! But pool is nice tonight 8-)

as long as all suction and return lines have a valve you will have great control of everything, I would have liked a suction line for my vacuum instead of using the skimmer

SWG and a timer would be a must if you will be away from your pool frequently, I can leave for a few days and not worry about my pool turning green :mrgreen:

Factor in my time @$$ pr hr. and the SWG WINS BIG TIME!! never tried the bleach way and maybe I'm now biased, we live 10 miles from town so just getting the stuff home would cost me time and fuel. I can spend more time poolside :cheers:

I have added a little Borax but no acid yet this year!! :goodjob: 86 degrees and sparkling :party:
