Have you considered getting an air source heat pump to heat your pool? I have one of these and it is really cheap to run. For every 4 degrees Celsius air temperature, it increases the pool temperature by 1 degree Celsius. I have mine capped at 26°C to prolong the lifespan of our vinyl pool...
