Not quite sure what you mean by donation links. I clicked on the be a TFP supporter, got taken to the home screen, scrolled down, clicked on donate, got taken to the home page. :(

Looking at the specs for my power cell output, it says 22 - 39 VDC, so my 28 should be good. I will contact the cell manufacturer and since I got it in July 2022, it should be covered. Thanks. I erroneously checked between the wires from the transformer at DC voltage. Checking at AC voltage, it is 32 volts AC. Unfortunately I don't have my old IC -20 to see if it shows some lights.

Thanks for your help. With the cell connected and with it disconnected, the voltage between the red and black wires is 28 volts. For the 2 wires from the transformer, connecting between them gives basically no voltage DC (.006). Testing each wire separately with a ground gives 15 volts DC and 15...
