Chlorine is 3.0, pH is 8.4, ORP is now 425 mV and is climbing slowly. I need to bring both my pH and chlorine down. Water is clear and no sign of algae.

Not sure what you're talking about when you say turn the percentage to zero. I also don't see superchlorinate when I go to settings. I did order the salt test kit you recommended.
