    Silt

I've got this very fine silt like dirt that gets by the filter and robot filters. I've even inserted filter bags on my skimmer basket to try to capture it. No luck so far. I'm pretty anal about keeping the water clean. Any one else get this type of un-filterable material?

    Dolphin E10 Review

Glad to see so many positive reviews. The will be my first Dolphin robot. E10 model. My first robot, JAWS, a SmartPool PT7i Inground Climbing Robotic Pool Cleaner, was great after the first season. The second season the motor(s) that drove the wheel drive system failed. Of course the one year...

    Not happy with Dolphin E10

Perhaps, I'd have to make sure the water is drained off and then let the leaves dry out enough to be blown off.

    Dolphin E-10

But how far is your GFI outlet located from the pool. That would shorten that 40' length

How do you like the leaf net in lieu of a pool cover? I just removed my pool cover and it was a $%&@ to get off and not spill any leaves or slimy water that did not siphon off the cover.

Semi-Inground Oval with Deep End and SWG??

The kids don't care if it is deep or not. You just have to teach them not to dive in. I bought an engineered semi in ground pool also but after hitting the water table, had to opt for a different angle

    SmartPool PT7i

Anyone have problems with this unit failing to operate?. Or where I can get him evaluated? Or find spare parts? I have only used for two seasons and now he has stopped moving. Odd that a motor would fail this early. I kept him stored indoors during non seasonal pool operations.

How's this AGP setup looking? In the early assembly stage:

.... - - - Updated - - - Everything you said is correct. Even the smallest ripple will show. Do you have any photos of the finished pool? I considered a deep end model also but ended up with my model due to water table height problems. I live in a coastal town. See link to pictures in my...

How's this AGP setup looking? In the early assembly stage:

I used 12x12 paver blocks. The don't carry a load per se. They support the walls and the outward forces more so than downward forces. I made sure my base was solid though because my pool is 18K gallons and that is a lot of weight sitting on the ground. I had around 32 tons of crush n run...

    Water Level

Is it OK to let your water level creep above the skimmer box opening? I don't seem to have a problem bringing in surface debris into the box at this water height so I'm not real sure. Look for a group concenus on this Thanks

    Buried Above Ground Issues- HELP!

Pull the return line from the wall and let it drain to that level. This use a garden hose to siphon the rest. You can rent a submersible water pump at a rental store for faster results.

    Heater Questions

I'm with Maddie. Raypak heaters are more often positive feedback on this forum and this is the company I am thinking of going with.

Deck over? or level? or under? the Top Plate

I've had the same thoughts as I go into my second season with my first pool. No time to build the deck after building the pool last summer because we spent the summer swimming! So I have had a lot of time to ponder the pro's and con's of this topic. I've decided to go with functionality over...

    Replacing Liner

Make sure it is set right before putting water in it. Especially floor wrinkles. SUPER hard to get those out even with a few inches of water in the bottom! I know from experience. Get three helps plus yourself. Good Luck
