Solar Breeze is usually pretty responsive, although it may take a few days.

Have you talked with Maytronics. They might be helpfu in diagnosing what is wrongl, but if it's the circuit board, my experience is that it comes with the whole box assembly.

Change of plans for me. I was almost ready to buy a Betta. But Solar Breeze offered my a new model 2023 Ariel when I wrote and compared my Ariel with NX2. (NX2 battery lasts longer, 2023 Ariel is somewhat improved.) So, Betta will have to wait.

I see metion of a tablet holder on a comparison page with the previous model, the NX2. "Ariel does not feature a chlorine dispenser like the Solar-Breeze NX2." I had that model, the NX2 also, and it had room for chlorine tablets. But I don't think the Ariel ever had the chlorine tablet holder.

I have a Dolphin Advantage, similar to E20 or DX3. I'm experimenting with Automation mode and have a smart plug turning it on and off. It only has one mode, floor and walls, for 2 hours. But, with the smart plug I can run it for less, and 1 - 7 days a week.

I searched for Aquabug axles, but did not have luck. Maybe some Superglue?

I've had two Ariels since they first came out. First one died, and was replaced. Neither is the newer 2023 model.
