There is plenty of water coming out of the jets so I assume the pressure is good. I'll reach out to the supplier i purchased the unit from and see what they say. Thanks for your help

I bought them online last year and installed myself. I don't have any Jandy dealers near me and just replaced what was already installed when we bought the house.

My readings were 3.1 gpl, 74 degrees and 91degrees. What does this mean, the board is bad?

My SWG is not working. Everything was purchased brand new last year and worked fine. Now it is not ready any water flow. I opened the unit and it is perfectly clean inside with no cal deposits. Any ideas what i can look for? The codes are 172, 185, 186

I found the replacement board but not the railing and the fiberglass peice that the board attaches to that is cracked in the pic. Is the only option to cut the pipe off at the ground and put a whole new one in?

Does anyone know what brand diving board this is? I'm looking for the fiberglass cover, and new rails.

We just bought a home with an existing Jandy Auqapure PLC 1400 SWG. I had to replace the control unit so that is brand new. The cell will turn on and will run but then goes into "Cell Reversing" mode and never comes out. I have no FC in the pool and cant keep it running even on 100% for more...
