I bought them online last year and installed myself. I don't have any Jandy dealers near me and just replaced what was already installed when we bought the house.

I found the replacement board but not the railing and the fiberglass peice that the board attaches to that is cracked in the pic. Is the only option to cut the pipe off at the ground and put a whole new one in?

It does have the orifice in each hole. It just visually looks unfinished without anything in the holes so i figured it should have some kind of ring in it.
