My water level drops about 1/2 inch per day. Is that typical for evaporation or should I be looking for a leak?

I have a decent amount of water leaking from the top of my Jandy top mount multiport valve. Can anyone recommend a source for parts? I went to my local pool supply, but it was a total waste of time.

The Jandy multiport valve on my filter is leaking from somewhere around the top . Is this a common issue and are there rebuild kits available?

Do you prefer Soda Ash/ Washing soda or Borax to increase pH? Or is it matter of whichever one is cheaper?

I know that the TruClear has some type of flow rate sensor because it will only generate if above 20 gpm. Does anyone know if it is possible to get flow rate readings out of it? This would be a very beneficial feature to have.

Is it possible to use both the ipumpt01 and the JEP-R on the same VS pump? I really like the idea of the ipump01 for better customization. However, I do not like that you loose the ability to make manual manipulations without having a smart phone around.
