    New Pool build Baytown Tx

Beautiful build!! Can't wait to see more pictures. I'm a fan, of course, of your tile and coping - those neutral colors look so good with landscaping, palms and blue water. I can imagine swimming aroumd the lazy river part already. :whoot:

    Pool Owners' Hurricane Guide

Will add CO2 detector to my list. We have a generator and it saved us during Ike. Also had a battery operated TV/Radio setup...ours rocked! We sat in the living room and watched the Weather Channel...saw the storm as it came right over us. Now with HD it's obsolete, so we replaced it....but...

    Hurricane Irene....and my pool.

Yes anonaperson....very timely advice. We are in a fairly young neighborhood without big mature trees thankfully. I really don't want big trees around the house now. Glad the front two oak trees are fairly slow growing. We trim the branches some every year. But yes, it was the bigger trees...

    Constantly having to add acid

When our heat goes up (water can get to 90 degrees), and with my SWG, spa overspill, the waterfalls running every other day for a little while and still curing plaster (2 years a few months) I have to add acid almost daily. 8 ounces. Got it down. Now there are days here and there I can skip...

    Howdy from Texas!

The Pebbletec was definitely worth it to us. We chose Pebblesheen...easier on the feet. No regrets. We use our spa more than the pool. Extends the use of the pool, especially here in Texas...we even get in some in the winter. Awesome to go get into a spa after Thanksgiving dinner or for New...

    Howdy from Texas!

Nice to meet ya!! :-D You'll have lots of fun looking around and learning before you start the pool, and be way ahead of the game. That's what I did before we build our pool and it helped tremendously. Lots of pool builds here, and we'll be around excited to watch you get started and help in...

New Build - Klein, TX (North/Northwest Houston)

Thank you so much for the compliments! We just love our pool. Yes, our PB didn't feel experienced enough with glass tile to do it, so they contracted Pool Services Unlimited to do the glass tile. It's not easy to work with, especially since it's on a paper backing not plastic mesh. Tricky...
