RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

I will try the new software and am totally happy trying lots of things. The odd thing to me is that nothing has changed. Literally nothing for many years and now suddenly this weird speed thing. I have a Mac and can do all of the updating, in the past they only allowed the PA to be updated by...

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

I don't think you mean ScreenLogic as I obviously have the app for the Mac, I think you mean the program that directly interfaces with the PA. I used to have a Mac and recall using it to upgrade the PA many years ago

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

How would I know what version is on the Intellitouch? I only have one Intelliflow pump, the rest are single speed starites. I don't see an Options when I start Screenlogic on my MAC. I do not have a PC or access to one at this time.

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

The Mods moved my post from somewhere else and apparently got the title wrong, I have adjusted it. Just odd that suddenly the speeds dont work in the app. Even weirder is that when I set the cleaning speed (see above), the Either Heater speed goes to that speed and then the Cleaning speed...

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

No as these speeds have worked for years. Literally 10+ years.

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

No alerts and everything has worked perfectly for years. System has literally been perfect until just recently. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but maybe I should try that again. Should also note that when I try to change the speed on my Mac, it does the same thing as on the phone...

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

Can you please remind me how to check the versions on the various devices. I can't see where any of the screens tell me the version of the App on the iPhone. Not sure how to check anything else. Going to Pentair website it looks like the last version was posted in 2019. I can't recall...

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

Well the MobileTouch is packed away in the closet but plugged in. It was having spasms, flashing and telling me it didn't match and select indoor/outdoor. I unplugged, and cleared the errors and reset the speeds on the MobileTouch and they seemed to hold and show up the same on my iPhone. If...

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

I am in the screen logic app on my phone. This is within the speed control portion of the app, not pool or cleaner although they are indirectly affected because the speed set in Pump section tells the pump what speed to run for each of those settings. Here is a screen recording. You can see...

RPM changes for Intellitouch Not Holding when using phone or computer

I have the same issue. I have Pentair Screenlogic Pool app from 15 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. Now when I want to change the speed for the "Pool" setting it works fine. When I want to change the speed for the Cleaning setting, it changes and then reverts back 3 seconds later.

    CFICGEN60 Generic Chlorine Generator

They aren't the manufacturer which is who normally warrants it. I will check with them and see. If a problem I could order another and then just return the bad one right away as defective. Will see. I was kinda hoping someone might have experience either obtaining warranty or figuring out...

    CFICGEN60 Generic Chlorine Generator

This generator worked great last year. Put out a tremendous amount chlorine and I was very happy. I just turned it back on this week and it is saying "Hot Water" and is not turning on. The water according to two different sources is 63 degrees so it should be warm enough but is not hot. The...
