So i have been having issues with my M400 since i opened this year (running 20 minutes and stopping, running for 6 hours). M400 only running bout 20 minutes

I just opened my pool in North Jersey today and put in my M400 after having the leaves vacummed out. I turned it on 3 times and it only ran for about 20 minutes every time. I know its supposed to take an hour and a half. I can't find any actual instructions regarding the control panel. If i...

    Ph keeps going up

I don't have any kind of automation. The system is probably 30 years old with manual valves to direct the return.

Got it. So I'm basically stuck and simply have to add MA whenever I fill? What can I use to drop TA? What's my target TA?

    Ph keeps going up

Fill water ph is 8ish (maybe a drop higher, but less than current pool ph reading, i.e. Not as deep a red on the Taylor test) and the TA is 120

Switching to swcg or automatic chlorinator

So I just ran the numbers and i am spending at least $500 a summer on my liquid chlorine (4 a gallon at Lowe's and about 100 days and 2.5 gallons or so every 2 days). Im thinking about getting either a swcg or automatic chlorinator, both of which should significantly reduce my cost. I am pretty...

Tiles coming off the coping - NJ Coping/Tile company recommendation too?

I have quite a few tiles that came off the but I'm hoping if we just replace all the tiles with waterproofing it won't be a major huge deal (as compared to also replacing the entire coping)
