So there are cracks like this in numerous areas in the pool, not just the spa. The plaster company is saying it’s shrinkage since the water came out yesterday. My pool builder says they look suspicious to him. He was supposed to call the president of the plaster company this afternoon...

So they empty our pool. In the hot tub my wife noticed these cracks in the plaster. They are in all 4 corners and a few other spots. Is this normal when water is out. He said sometimes they can get what he called “alagator cracks” which go away when you put water in it. Sounds crazy to me...

Also the pool screen cover is the Darn! They did a great job!

Inside the lanai I don’t think it will get too hot. We also put a French drain around the sun shelf so when the water spills over it will drain right out. We tested it all before the turf was laid. Drains like a champ. Appreciate the good words!

We put crushed and run down first about 5-6” deep then put about 2” of stone dust on top level of out. Lay turf on and use landscape stakes to secure it. The U shaped ones. Can not see or feel them.

Well first night in the hot tub and Verdict is, she’s about perfect. Very happy with the performance, jets, water pressure etc. Perfect size for us . We have 3 boys so they are stoked. Fired the heater up took about 20 min to get from 59* to 100*. Got a bit hot so lowered to 95* which was...
