    Spring has sprung! Trenches dug and electrical has been run to the auto cover! Tentative schedule for next week is to run electrical to the rest of the pavillion for the fan, outlet, and TV, and pour+stamp the concrete!

    Pavilion is up! (The leg is straight, it just looks crooked due to the wide angle lens) Next up is trenching to run electricity to the pavilion. Then we're waiting for spring to pour concrete!

    Footers poured, walkway shifted, patio adjusted! Pavillion should be delievered next week and assembled before thanksgiving!

    More updates! Landscaping company has agreed to perform additional work at no cost to adjust/modify the existing patio to achieve our overall design! The fireplace is finished!
