Went with permaseal then painted over it according to kelley technical coatings.

Pentair bermuda widemouth was an exact fit.

Here is an update on my progress. Waiting on concrete to set up to install equipment. I went with a pentair superflo vs and a clean and clear plus cartridge filter.

No, the lid deteriorated and the basket is gone as well. I only have measurements and the number of screws in the faceplate.

Weather is earning up so it's back to work on my pool project. Can anyone help identify this skimmer and/or suggest a suitable replacement? The access hole is 9" round and iss 23" back from edge of pool.
