Thanks, Kim. I spoke to the PB this morning, he showed me the test results from the tech, but he didn't do the tests himself. Their results were showing FC of 5, pH of 7.2 and TA of 140--everything else was spot on with my results. Also, their "recommended" levels were pretty much in line...

I second the reply. Unacceptable, and your expectations are not too high. Tile install is not a difficult job, it's the attention to detail that distinguishes the professional job from the DIY. Looks like the installers rushed the job, or haven't done many tile jobs before.
