Yes, based on the prices they have wanted to charge me for certain other items my guess is that it will be pretty spendy to have them do it. I will look into a different "professional" installer as well.

Are you talking regular sand or polymeric sand? My regular sand near the pool edge has crusted over and turned black. It flakes off when I use the leaf blower to clean off the surface.
