I can't figure it out. It might not be Algae at all. It seems to grow/stick to anything rough. It's hard to tell but it's bright blue.

Hey everyone, I have a lot of algae right around a return. I assume it's coming from that return. I'm going to SLAM the pool, but my question is should I run som sort of pipe cleaner through that return to knock it loose? Thanks everyone.

Thanks. I will monitor the chlorine level. I've never had to worry about CYA levels due to the amount of rain and sun we get.
