They said early on they are seeing a big shortage so I bought 4 cases. I'm half through that already and they are all out now so I got worried it was a wide shortage.

Odd huh. I was able to find a hardware store two towns over that has a box of 4 liquid chlorine bottles in stock so I'll grab that and then start looking for plain old bleach. Thanks for the tips. It was the percentage and other additives that I wasn't sure about.
