Jim thank you so much for your help the pool is running! Rpm wasn’t high enough and one of the schedules was set up wrong. Much appreciated i learned a few things for sure and one is that there are still really great people out there, willing to help others. So thank you again Karen

Hope these pictures come thru. I reset everything on panel with the Pentair customer service pool turned on then off within a minute there’s a fan sound that stays on when pool goes off. Still can’t get it running

Hi Jim I just got off the phone with pentair we got the pump and schedules corrected, but the pump goes on then turns back off within a minute. We are baffled

Hi Tom I was on the phone over an hour with pentair; the pump goes on then within less than a minute it turns back off again. We can’t figure out what the problem is

Jim, Yes I saw your post #9, as far as any message saying “remote doesn’t match”; I don’t recall seeing anything like that. I did have to do a wireless address search to get remote to talk to panel. Never had a message asking to transfer info from remote to unit. The lights work in the pool...

Yes there is a click sound. I replaced the mother board 1) couldn’t see the display 2) after speaking with pentair trying to get panel and easy touch remote to communicate they told me I needed to replace the motherboard This is what the pump says now
