OK.....Thanks for the response.....I'll double check it when I'm back there.....but there was no leak that I saw at the ball valve and no moisture around the area. If I can't find a lease do you have any other ideas as to what could have caused this? Appreciate your help

Tin, I haven’t changed my location yet as I’m in calif for another year or two , I’m only at the AZ house about one weekend a month. I will def change it once I’m out of there for good.
